Your band moves to Free unless you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted. If you’re over a Free limit, everything stays; you just can’t add more until you upgrade.
One person, usually the bandleader, pays for the band. Everyone else joins free, so musicians in several bands never pay twice.
Any time, from the app. Switching plans is prorated, and cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
